Supraco Lines to cater the needs of its Offshore Marine Customers in the industry. In 2011, PT. Supraco Lines has won its first Contract, the Spot Charter Contract for 3 months followed by the main Contract, Dredging & Lifting which lasts for 3 years. During that year, PT. Supraco Lines also acquired the ownership of MOPU (Mobile Offshore Production Unit), an offshore production platform with value more than $40 million, operated in Maleo Area for Santos (Madura Offshore) Pty. Ltd. as part of development in Maleo Field. This project has been running from 2006 and will last in 2017.

Year 2012 is the year in which the Company has expanded its business by winning a Contract of FSO in Widuri Terminal and a contract of booster compressor installation in MOPU.

Finance Coordinator – Head Office Jakarta

Responsibilities:

1. Input and update to system for all transactions
2. Hands-on handling cash flow report, open cash/check, Bank reconciliation, cash-Bank mutation, petty cash, receivable-payable, advance, settlement & Cost controller
3. Liaison with Bank
4. Hands-on with loan, LC, SKBDN, TC, leasing, sale&leaseback, ARF & APF and submit the requirement documentation to the Bank

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree (S1) in Finance/Accounting from reputable university
2. Maximum 33 years old
3. At least 3 years experiences in varying finance fields
4. GPA > 2.75
5. Good manners and positive thinking
6. Multi tasking person
7. Advance in MS Office
8. Have been working in Public Accountant (KAP) more preferable
9. Mobile
10. Hands-on approach with the ability to cope with deadlines
11. Working together with teams to meet common objectives
12. Having good clerical, analytical skill, logic thinking, hard worker, loyal, responsibility, honest, high integrity and self-motivated person

Responsibilities:

1. To control and analyze, inventory balance,product and service costing, fixed assets, prepay mentsbalanceand ensure compliance with company’s working capital budgets.
2. To establish and maintain an effective partnership with internal/ external customer through constant communication with key personnel and management at all times.
3. To be responsible on all government, tax, statutory and company( local, AP and Global) compliances relevant to the given function
4. Monthly financial reporting relevant to the function 

Requirements:

1. Degree in Accounting(S1)  from reputable university with min GPA 3.00.
2. Min 2years working experience as an General Accounting
3. Min 2 year working experience as an Auditorin audit firm (advantage)
4. Knowledge in USGAAP / IFRS, Local GAAP and excellent understanding in Accounting Concept.
5. Knowledge in SOX and FCPA. (advantage).
6. Able to work underpressure and on tight deadline.
7. Strong attention to detail in accounting & costing treatments.  
8. Reasonable knowledge in using relevant MS. Office applications, and excellent proficiency in using spreadsheet and financial tools.
9. Possess good communications (both verbal and writtenin Bahasa and English).
